Our Team

José’s extensive experience in high-growth tech startups, investments, and the creative industry has shaped him into a seasoned executive with a diverse global background. He has refined his skills in some of the world’s leading creative hubs, developing a unique perspective and strong commercial acumen. As an Executive Producer, he combines his corporate expertise with a passion for the arts, drawing on his background in music and composition alongside self-taught skills in photography and videography. His creative work includes producing music videos and creating striking album artwork. In addition to his role at Steamcraft Ltd., José has made significant contributions to the success of multi-billion-dollar companies such as Global Fashion Group, Houzz, Domestika, and Nextdoor, supporting their international expansion.
Jose Gaztelu

Alexandra is an award-winning director and screenwriter with a background in classical dance and training at prestigious drama schools. After identifying inequalities in the industry, she shifted her focus to directing and co-founded Red Siren Entertainment in Los Angeles, a company dedicated to commercially driven, female-led storytelling. She has directed award-winning projects such as *Diamond Dayze* and *S41NT*, and holds a Master’s degree in Directing from MetFilm School. In 2023, she founded Steamcraft Ltd.
Alexandra Adomaitis

Iñaki’s musical journey began with the piano, which led him to compose for radio, websites, short films, and theatre. He has worked with artists such as Dani Martín, Luz Casal, and Miguel Bosé, establishing himself as a session musician, arranger, and musical director. His compositions enhance theatre and short films, creating compelling and immersive atmospheres.
Iñaki García

Ana is a producer and cultural manager with a strong track record in film, television, and the performing arts. She began her professional career in television in the late 1980s and has since worked on feature films, series, documentaries, and TV programs, taking on roles in production, casting, and artistic coordination. She has collaborated with national production companies and broadcasters such as TVE, Canal Sur, and Antena 3, and has been part of teams on significant feature films, bringing a broad perspective that combines organizational expertise, creative sensitivity, and deep knowledge of the audiovisual sector. In parallel, she has developed extensive work as an executive producer and cultural manager on festivals and international projects, particularly those linked to music, the performing arts, and flamenco, coordinating productions across Spain and Latin America. She remains actively involved in the audiovisual and cultural sector, supporting new film and television projects with a solid and experienced approach.
